Refund & Cancellation policy

Returns & Replacements 

1. All Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipts.
2. In case of return on the furniture and the developmental aid category transportation will be deducted on actuals onwards and returns, In case of the defect from our side due to transit or any other reason then the payment for transportation will not be deducted.
3. COD orders returns will be again processed only on a payment basis 
4. All Replacements will be entertained within the stipulated warranty period mentioned at the time of purchase.
5. In the case of Non – Warranty products, report to us before 30 days, We shall talk about a reasonable situation and fix it up for you.
6. Refund – with 48 hrs on working days for the paid orders and for the cod orders we shall have it processed within 7 days
